These gummy bears require refrigeration/freezing as I do not use any preservatives in any of my elderberry products. Although I ship the gummy bears on ice in a thermal coolship mailer with a reusable ice pack BY USPS PRIORITY MAIL, they still may melt in longer transit;please be aware of your shipping times and check your tracking as these should not sit on porches, mail or PO boxes for extended periods of time. If in fact you you receive your gummies melted, all is not lost-you can absolutely still use them they just won’t be in the cute bear shape. Simply refrigerate them until firm again and cut into dime size pieces. You can also melt them to liquid in a small saucepan (do not boil) and pour into a flat dish and refrigerate until set and cut as you please.
