Welcome to Greygifts. These Terms explain how you may use https://eguttedltd.com (the “Website”), what you can expect from Greygifts, and what Greygifts expects from you.
Greygifts sells handcrafted wooden furniture and home décor items (for example: benches, shelves, tree bookshelves, console tables, beds, side tables, coat racks, and lighting).
By using the Website or buying any product, you agree to these Terms and to Greygifts’s Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Return & Refund Policy (each included by reference, and all amounts shown/refunded in USD).
If you do not agree, please stop using the Website and do not place an order.
Using the Website
Use the Website in a lawful and respectful way.
Do not try to:
Disrupt or damage the Website
Hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Website
Upload malware or harmful code
Collect other people’s data without permission
Access parts of the Website you are not allowed to use
You must be 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your country) to place an order.
If you create an account:
Keep your login details safe and private
Tell Greygifts quickly if you think someone else is using your account without permission
The Website may include links to third-party sites. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies. Greygifts is not responsible for their content, actions, or policies.

Products, Pricing & Accuracy (Furniture & Home Décor)
Greygifts sells handcrafted wooden furniture and décor. Product photos, sizes, materials, finishes, and prices are shown with care, but some differences can happen:
Natural variation: Solid wood and reclaimed wood have unique grain, knots, color tones, and natural movement. Handcrafted items may have small size differences. These are normal and part of the character of the product.
Display differences: Your screen or device can show colors differently from real life.
Styled room photos: Room photos may show extra items for styling (rugs, art, plants). Only the products listed in the product description are included in your purchase.
Care matters: To keep your item looking good and safe, follow any care and assembly instructions. Protect wood from direct sunlight, large humidity changes, standing water or liquids, and extreme heat. Use pads/coasters and respect weight limits.
Many items are made-to-order or customized (for example: special size, finish, or configuration). Small variations between pieces are expected.
Prices, stock, and features may change at any time. All prices and refunds are shown and processed in USD.
If Greygifts finds a clear error (for example a serious mistake in price, availability, or description), Greygifts may correct the error and cancel any affected order. If Greygifts cancels, you will receive a full refund in USD for that order.
Orders, Payments, Taxes & Cancellations
Placing an order is your offer to buy. Greygifts accepts your order when:
An order confirmation is sent to you, and
Greygifts starts preparing or shipping your items.
Greygifts may decline or cancel an order, for example if:
The product is unavailable
There is an obvious error in price or description
Payment cannot be completed
There is a risk of fraud or misuse
Greygifts may ask for extra checks (for example address verification or bank authorization).
Payment
Pay using the methods shown at checkout (for example PayPal and any other payment methods Greygifts offers).
Greygifts does not store full card numbers or CVV codes.
You agree to pay all amounts shown at checkout in USD.
International charges
For international orders, how duties, VAT/GST, and brokerage are handled depends on the Shipping Policy for your country. Any amounts due to you will be shown at checkout in USD where possible.
Currency
All transactions and refunds are processed in USD. Your bank or PayPal controls any currency exchange rate and fees.
Title & risk
Title to the goods passes to you once full payment is received.
Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the order to your address, or when you (or your agent) collect the order.
Cancellations
Please see the Cancellation Policy for details. In general:
Cancellation may be possible before shipment or before production starts on made-to-order items.
Once an item has shipped, or once production of a made-to-order/custom piece has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.
For some international shipments, cancellation may not be possible after customs clearance.
Shipping & Delivery (Freight/LTL & Parcel)
Please read the Shipping Policy for full details.
Larger furniture (for example beds, large benches, console tables, big bookcases) often ships by Freight/LTL. The carrier may:
Contact you to set a delivery window
Require an adult signature
Standard service and any available upgrades (for example room-of-choice or white-glove service) are defined in the Shipping Policy. Stairs, elevators, missed delivery appointments, remote locations, or address changes may create extra carrier fees as described there.
Smaller items (for example some shelves, coat racks, lights, and small décor pieces) may ship by standard parcel carriers. The Shipping Policy explains methods and estimated delivery times.
When your order arrives:
Inspect the packages before signing or accepting the delivery, if possible.
If you see visible damage, note it on the carrier paperwork, take clear photos of the box and product, and contact Greygifts as soon as you can.
Keep all packaging until Greygifts confirms the next steps (repair, replacement, return, etc.).
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

In general:
Some items, especially made-to-order or custom pieces, may be non-returnable, except for defects or damage during shipping.
To start a return, contact Greygifts first. Do not send items back without instructions.
Items should be in like-new condition and, when possible, in the original packaging.
Greygifts may ask for photos or videos to speed up the solution (repair, replacement parts, exchange, or refund).
Refunds are sent to the original payment method in USD. The time it takes to see the refund depends on your bank or PayPal. Where mandatory local consumer rights apply (for example, EU/UK withdrawal rights for eligible non-custom goods), Greygifts will follow those rules.
Your Content & Intellectual Property
All content on the Website (text, images, graphics, logos, videos, layouts, code, designs) belongs to Greygifts or its partners and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reuse, or resell this content without written permission from Greygifts.
If you submit reviews, photos, or other content (for example, pictures of our furniture in your home):
You confirm that you own the content or have permission to share it.
You give Greygifts a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, and adapt that content for clarity and to share it on the Website, in emails, and in marketing (including social media). Greygifts may credit you where practical.
You agree not to post anything illegal, abusive, hateful, or that invades someone’s privacy.
Greygifts may remove content that breaks these rules. For copyright concerns (for example, a DMCA notice), please contact support@greygifts.co.
Warranties, Safety & Care
Many items include a limited residential warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a set period of time (see the product page or included documents for details).
The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Expected wood movement (small checks, hairline cracks, seasonal expansion/contraction)
Color changes from light/age (for example, wood darkening or yellowing)
Damage from incorrect assembly or installation
Misuse, abuse, or use in a commercial setting (unless clearly stated otherwise)
Damage from moisture, standing water, extreme heat, direct sunlight, pets, or harsh cleaners
Safety first:
Use any anti-tip kits or wall anchors provided, especially on tall or narrow pieces.
Do not let children climb on furniture or shelves.
Follow all assembly instructions carefully.
If unsure, ask a qualified professional to install wall-mounted pieces (tree shelves, coat racks, heavy wall cabinets, etc.).
Except for any express warranties provided in writing and as far as the law allows, Greygifts disclaims all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose). Any non-excludable consumer rights you have under local law will still apply.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
Greygifts is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of use, loss of data, or loss of profits) that are not directly caused by Greygifts.
For any claim related to a product or the Website, Greygifts’s total liability will not be more than the USD amount you paid for the product involved.
Force majeure: Greygifts is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control. This includes, for example, extreme weather, natural disasters, carrier delays, strikes, shortages, pandemics, or government actions.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed as follows, always subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws in your country that provide greater protection:
United States: The laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
United Kingdom & European Union (France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Portugal): Your national laws and any applicable EU/UK consumer protection rules.
Canada: Canadian federal law and the law of your province or territory.
Australia: The laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and applicable state/territory consumer laws.
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will still apply.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Greygifts for Website use and purchases made through the Website.
Changes to These Terms
Greygifts may update these Terms from time to time, for example when products, services, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
If you continue to use the Website or place orders after changes are posted, you are agreeing to the updated Terms.
